Being an example for your children is not easy. But how can you expect them leaving their comfort zone when you’re sitting in the middle of yours? This was the only reason why I stopped smoking some years ago.
My daughter became a real athlete. After 8 years of Karate (national and international) she found her new passion. Remarkably without a pushing father behind her. She get’s all the support she needs and the rest is up to her. I love to see her training, performing and winning. All she does today is an investment in her body and mind for tomorrow.
