Being an example for your children is not easy. But how can you expect them leaving their comfort zone when you’re sitting in the middle of yours? This was the only reason why I stopped smoking some years ago.
Max was an excellent Karateka before he turned to become an excellent cook. He became European Champion in fighting in 2009 and World Champion in Kata in 2010. As a cook he started in a small top kitchen with one star and now he is working for Park Hyatt in Zurich to finalize his apprenticeship. Let’s see if he finds his passion back to sports again.
